Main Set:

10 x 40sec @ 95%FTP with 30sec rest interval (RI)

10 x 40sec @ 95%FTP with 20sec rest interval (RI)

4min @ 40%FTP

4 x 5min @ 80%FTP with 1 min rest interval (RI; 40%FTP)

Cool-down:

5 mins decreasing FTP.
