An introduction to VO2 max intervals. The session comprises the following:

Warm-up

12min @ 50%FTP incl. 1 x 30, 1 x 45, 1 x 60sec @ 80%FTP.

Main set:

5 x 2mins @ 110%FTP with 3min RI (@50%FTP)

2 x 5min @85%FTP with 1min RI (@50%FTP)

Cool-down:

10mins free ride
