12min @ 50%FTP incl. 1 x 30, 1 x 45, 1 x 60sec @ 80%FTP.
5 x 2mins @ 110%FTP with 3min RI (@50%FTP)
2 x 5min @85%FTP with 1min RI (@50%FTP)
10mins free ride
